Matthew Reedy

I currently run and operate all Aquatics Programs for the Kirk Family YMCA in Roanoke, VA. I am the direct supervisor to 40+ staff, including lifeguards, swim instructors, supervisors, coaches, and office staff. I am also a certified Swim America Instructor, WSI, Life Time Swim Instructor Facilitator, LGI, and USA Swimming Coach with 19 years experience teaching swim lessons and coaching various competitive levels of swim team.
